Research & Support Staff
The foundation of our consulting process. These professionals specialize in data accuracy, market research, and detailed project support.
You’ll learn the systems, tools, and analytical frameworks that define Summit’s standards.
Typical compensation: $75–$100/billable hour (1099 independent contractor).
Associate Consultant
Mid-level consultants take ownership of projects, manage client communication, and develop actionable recommendations.
You’ll work directly with clients, refine your presentation skills, and begin to shape strategic outcomes.
Typically earns 60–70% of collected client revenue, depending on experience and results.
Principal Consultant
Senior advisors lead engagements, mentor others, and shape the firm’s direction.
They represent Summit’s values in every client relationship and help expand our capabilities across markets.
Typically earns 70–75% of collected client revenue, with opportunities for mentorship bonuses and leadership incentives.
At every level, advancement is based on performance, professionalism, and trust — not tenure or title.
Our compensation model is built on honesty and precision.
Consultants are paid monthly based on actual client collections, not promises or projections.
Direct deposits are made between the 7th and 15th of each month, accompanied by a clear statement of your hours, collections, and payout.
We operate with the same transparency internally that we provide to our clients.
You’ll always know what you earned, how it was calculated, and where you stand.
Every professional’s situation is different. That’s why Summit offers two engagement options:
Independent Consultant (1099)
Ideal for professionals who value flexibility, autonomy, and control over their workload.
W-2 Employment Option
Available once consistent collections exceed $5,000/month.
This option provides added stability, access to healthcare, and retirement benefits — without sacrificing independence or purpose.
